• Mary and Wendy have both been an important part of Honey Pot House Day Nursery for over 15 years. With their wealth of experience, knowledge and dedication, they have helped shape the nursery into the warm, welcoming and nurturing environment it is today. They are passionate about providing children with the best possible start, creating a safe and happy place where every child feels valued, supported and encouraged to learn and grow. Over the years, Mary and Wendy have built strong relationships with generations of children, families and staff. Their commitment to the nursery and the families they support remains at the heart of everything they do.

• Neeta is our Deputy Manager and Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO), playing an important role in supporting both the children and the wider nursery team. With a caring and approachable nature, Neeta works closely with children, families and professionals to understand each child’s individual needs and ensure they receive the right support at the right time. She is passionate about creating an inclusive environment where every child is welcomed, listened to and given the opportunity to succeed.

• Parm is the owner of Honey Pot House Day Nursery and has proudly been part of the nursery for over 16 years. With a strong commitment to the nursery and the families we support, Parm plays an important role in ensuring the continued success and development of the setting. As Business Manager, Parm oversees the administration and financial management of the nursery, ensuring the business is run effectively and continues to provide a high-quality service for children, families and staff. Parm is passionate about maintaining the welcoming, caring ethos of Honey Pot House and supporting the nursery to grow while keeping children and families at the heart of everything we do.

  Mary, Wendy and Neeta are our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSLs), working together to ensure the safety, wellbeing and protection of every child at Honey Pot House Day Nursery.
